Sygma with 50 million images in its possession, custody and control has been rendered &#8220;insolvent&#8221;. The AFP report say Sygma &#8220;can&#8217;t pay its debts&#8221; according its director Stefan Biberfeld.\u00a0 The story duly notes that Sygma is the personal property of Bill Gates.
