Two decisions out of the Federal Court in New York found Corbis to be negligent in its handling and tracking of imagery after trial.\u00a0 Additionally this office\u00a0has a policy of not representing anyone who seeks to do business with Corbis.<\/p>\n<p>The following link was sent to me by someone familiar with my Corbis cases <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/networkedblogs.com\/7lg4X\">http:\/\/networkedblogs.com\/7lg4X<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Click on the link ASAP.\u00a0 Read it. You will no doubt, be shocked.\u00a0I am not.\u00a0Neither are my clients.\u00a0 Draw your own conclusions as to the events revealed in the post.\u00a0 Look at the photos carefully.\u00a0 If you have a chance, read what I have been writing about Corbis since at least 1999.<\/p>\n<p>The next time someone mentions Corbis as a photo agency and its &#8220;partnership&#8221; with independent photographers consider looking at this\u00a0link again. \u00a0The truly pathetic thing is that your correspondent is utterly unsurprised.\u00a0 Depressing?\u00a0 You bet.<\/p>\n<p>No doubt the Corbis PR machine will go into full gear\u00a0advising you that you &#8220;have been deceived&#8221;, &#8220;isolated incident&#8221;, &#8220;unfortunate&#8221;, &#8220;error&#8221;, commitment to photographers blah, blah.\u00a0 I suggest you remember the immortal words of Groucho Marx, &#8220;Who are you gonna believe?
