It seems that once more the old comment about there being nothing new under the sun and the old comment about everything old is new again is being shown to be true.

The case against Citibank is NOT as reported elsewhere “settled”. The case against Samsung was settled, the case against Citibank however, is pending in The Supreme Court, State of New York, County of NY where the court papers are both public and accessible to the public via the web.
