Ed will be appearing on a panel entitled “© Know It or Blow It” to be held on April 24, 2010, 4PM – 7PM at Pier 59 in Santa Monica, Ca. Sponsored by Advertising Photographers of America in cooperation with APALA, the panel will discuss how to exercise your copyright rights, registration, what to do when your image has been infringed, Fair Use, The Anti-copyright Forces – Who and Why and how and when to choose an attorney.  Other panel members include Jeff Sedlik (PLUS CEO) and Debra Weiss will moderate.
Ed will be available to attendees for post-panel individual questions as time permits.
